Alsike Maskin is an authorized dealer for premium brands Kabe, Adria, Sun Living, and Affinity. We are in the process of establishing a brand new modern sales and service facility with a showroom and full-service workshop. Ahead of the opening, we are looking for around 25 employees - Now we are seeking engaged and customer-focused salespeople who want to help build our team from the ground up.

About the role

As a salesperson with us, you will work with the sale of new and used motorhomes and caravans, as well as accessories and financing solutions. You will meet customers in the showroom, guide them through the entire purchasing process, and ensure a safe and positive experience. You will work closely with your sales colleagues, sales leaders, sales manager, and other departments to provide the best possible service.

Your responsibilities include:

• Actively meet and advise customers, both in the facility and digitally or by phone as needed
• Conduct viewings, trade-in valuations, quotes, and closures
• Follow up on leads and work with both new and existing customers for long-term relationships
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, customer events, and improvements to the sales process
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through personal service and attention to detail in every transaction
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, workshop, and purchasing to optimize the customer journey

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry or other premium products
• Are customer-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to take initiative
• Enjoy working in a team and contributing to a positive and supportive collaborative climate
• Have a good ability to listen to customer needs and create security in major decisions
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and driven by achieving results and learning
• Have a B driver's license
